Delicious handmade fettuccine pasta (varies on the day). We had the calamari, tuna bruschetta, and two of the pastas with mushrooms and shrimp. All delicious! great wine suggestions too.

Hidden Gem in Puerto Vallarta. Having a seat you are transported to a fresh and cozy environment. Felt very relaxed with warm greetings from the staff. Most Italian food I have had was always met with heaviness and with too much sauce or cheese. (NOT HERE) after one bite of their homemade pasta I was amazed at how light the dishes were. Nothing was over powering and the flavors were very balanced. I highly recommend this place for an exquisite Italian experience.

Great Italian food I didn't expect from this little restaurant outfit I just walked by. If you like seafood, this place has a lot of options for you and I think the best Italian food with a seafood focus in Puerto Vallarta. The service is excellent also and the price is very reasonable. A great find and I am sure I will come back again. Revisited 6/2024. Good is still very good here. Lots of varieties of seafood. We tried 6 dishes and they were all good except the fried calamari. The service is good in this small cozy restaurant.

After walking past this little gem for the past few years we finally went. I’m so impressed! Would 100% eat here again. I’m giving it full stars for the quality of food, position sizes for the price and service. Fans kept the atmosphere comfortable and the over all presentation was lovely. Service was friendly and patient (we had a table of 6 with two kids). They made my 6 year old a fantastic bowl of spaghetti with butter and parmesan. Honestly might have been the best basic bowl of pasta I have had here. All the other dishes we tried are pictured. All were fantastic. Highly recommend trying the small stop. Please keep in mind they do get busy, and a reservation is advised. Only this I would say: if you MUST HAVE air conditions... this may not be the location for you. Happy eating!

This is the cutest little dinner spot. It has A/C so it was nice and cool while we waited for our take out order. The staff were SO friendly and attentive, very sweet with our toddler, and made us a great gin martini while we waited. We ordered the calamari and mushroom fettuccine. The calamari was some of the best I’ve ever had, and the fettuccine was delicious as well. I would absolutely love to come back and dine in as the place was very cute and the servers were all great.

Atmosphere is charming and elegant but cozy. Interior is cleanly designed. Contemporary but homey. Soft, easy music. I was greeted and seated immediately. Waiter was friendly, knowledgeable and recommended dishes that I was interested in ordering. Appetizer was Tuna Bruschetta. It was beautifully presented, a generous portion and tasted fresh and delicious. It could have used a touch more of a leading flavor. Garlic perhaps? Wine glass pours were generous. Main course was shrimp over linguine with a pistachio pesto. Presentation was great. (Served in a wide, deep bowl as pasta should be!) The pasta itself was terrific — like my father made — light, ruffled and so tender. The shrimp were perfectly cooked, tender and fresh tasting. The lemon pistachio pesto was inspired and absolutely delicious. Again, I only wanted that one flavor should lead. Also, maybe a bit less of the pesto, let that wonderful pasta shine a bit. No point deductions! Dessert was spicy chocolate cake with pistachio ice cream. Stunning presentation. I haven’t had a chocolate taste experience like this in a long time. The spice in the cake is enchanting. It’s subtle but not too strong and lingers as an aftertaste for a perfect amount of time. It’s served with ice cream but half the amount would be fine, guys. More cake, less ice cream! Overall, this is a great place. Will definitely be back to try everything. The concept of Italian seafood with fresh pasta in PV is great. Il Pesce Cucina del Mare is now solidly in my top five.

The food is so wonderful. Freshly made pasta is so appetizing. It doesn't feel heavy at all. I ordered their spaghetti con gamberi & my husband got the one with fried eggplant. Both were distinct in taste & so flavorful. Highly recommend this place!! Also the serveware was so good.

Very delicious and fresh food! You can't go wrong with any calamari. But still gotta try theirs and sauce plus pairing with bruschetta is something you can't miss. The bolognese and sauce that my partner had is very tasty and filling, along with the mussel pasta that I had.
